Studio Policies
Our studio has general policies to ensure your safety and satisfaction of your time with us just like any other stores would. We appreciate if you took some time to read through to be well informed prior to your appointment.
Conformations
The day before your scheduled appointment, we will make every effort to confirm with you via text message or email. However, if the reminder call cannot be made, the client is still responsible for their appointment.
Deposits
At the time of booking, 50% of the service is required to be paid. This is to ensure your allotted appointment is secured in your stylist's schedule.
Arrivals
In order to process your first appointment, please arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment so you can fill out a registration form. Late arrivals are subjected to reduced service time and the full service fee will be charged.
Cancelations
The cancellation policy requires 48 hours notification prior to the appointment to avoid being charged the full service amount. If it is your first time cancelling an appointment, there will only be a cancellation fee, with is 50% of the service.
Environment
Kids are lovely, however, our building policy does not allow for children to be unsupervised. This is for their safety and your peace. Furthermore, only one person will be allowed in the service room at a time.
